Atlanta Antitrust LAwyers Atlanta antitrust lawyers

C. David Vaughan

David was one of the co-founders of the firm in 1980. He assumed of counsel status in 2004. He continues to stay abreast of antitrust law and remains available to assist in staffing the larger antitrust and complex cases and to consult with Chuck Murphy and Ellen Schlossberg on the difficult legal issues that often arise in the challenging cases and representation the firm undertakes.

David is also a certified mediator and draws upon his many years of client representation on both sides of the ā€œvā€ to provide unbiased and creative solutions for those parties desiring mediation rather than a judicial resolution of their disputes.

David's academic honors are impeccable, and he has been recognized by Chambers USA as a leading individual in antitrust.
