Veteran Attorneys for Serious Allegations
We recognize the gravity of our clients' situations when they are pursued by the federal authorities or actually charged with having engaged in criminal conduct. Federal conspiracy or fraud charges carry severe penalties, and businesses and individuals found in violation of antitrust laws may be liable for treble damages. Vaughan & Murphy represents corporations and individuals in Atlanta and across Georgia, as well as throughout South Carolina, North Carolina, Florida, Alabama and Tennessee.
Charles Murphy has practiced law since 1973 and is an eminently qualified antitrust litigator. After leaving the Department of Justice, he has defended clients in antitrust criminal matters throughout the Southeastern United States.

He is the immediate past Chairman of the Antitrust Section of the State Bar of Georgia and is a frequent contributor at continuing legal education seminars in Georgia devoted to antitrust and white collar criminal defense matters. He is a member of the American Bar Association (Litigation and Antitrust Sections) and the Lawyer's Club of Atlanta. He is licensed to practice law in Georgia and Tennessee.
